Customer Registration

Should you wish to create an online account to track your order, you guarantee that when signing up as a customer, that the personal information which you are required to provide at time of registration is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are doing so at your own bequest and you are not impersonating any other person, company or entity.

The products purchased on this website are for private and domestic use only and are not to be resold.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our terms set out here.  Data held on you as a client, are stored online only for the purpose of completing an order.  This data is held within a SSL secured website.

Our site uses cookies to enhance your experience.  The onus is on you to clear your browsing history from any smart device such as computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet.

Cookies are a small file that sits on your device of choice and enable us to see (using Google Analytics) items such as demographics, patterns, behaviours, favourite items and items not doing so well.  This is not personal information and is known as ‘metrics’.  These metrics allow us to target our audience if we wish to use paid-for advertising.  Entering our website therefore means, we can collect this non sensitive information to help our marketing team.

Online Payments & Security

The site is using a SSL cert for running the shop.

At present, the site is offering sales for Sum Up payment on ordering or  cash or card on collection.

Further down the road – Shore Beauty will offer online payments for products.

Ordering

Placing an order on ShoreBeauty.ie means your item will be held in the salon for 48 hours.  After 48 hours, if the item has not been collected – it will be placed back on sale.

At present, we are not offering delivery.

 

Cancellation & Return Policy

Once your order has been collected, you have 24 hours to contact us about cancellations or returns.  If items have been opened and/or used, the item is non-refundable.

 

Prices & Offers

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and offers/promotions at any time without prior notice.

If you have a promotional offer code, voucher or coupon, you may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the shopping basket.

We allow you to use discount codes from time-to-time strictly within the limits of our terms and conditions upon which they were issued.

Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to purchase goods on our website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Irish law you must be 18 years of age or over; and register with your real name in full, your full address, phone number, email address any other details requested. By offering to purchase goods and services you represent to us that you are 18 years of age or over and authorise us to transmit information (included updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

By shopping on our website, you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms by you, or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website or any other person accessing the Website using your personal information.

WEEE Electrical Compliance

ShoreBeauty is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback, for reuse or recycling, of WEEE resulting from products that we placed on the Irish market. In line with that commitment will take back WEEE from you.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Irish courts.
