CLINICCARE non-invasive Carboxytherapy is a procedure during which a gas – carbon dioxide CO2, is infused to the skin. Carbon dioxide is a gas that is naturally released from our organism during the process of breathing and as such it can not cause allergic or any other unwanted reactions.
Carboxytherapy is used very successfully in various programs for collagen and elastin stimulation and therefore for tissue tightening and lightening, reduction of dark bags under the eyes.

What does a CLINICCARE carboxytherapy treatment look like?
During the treatment, and with the help of a gel and activator mask, a specific amount of gas is infused to the skin. The client/patient can feel a slight tingling and the treated area becomes mildly red due to suddenly deposited oxygen. Already after 5 minutes after the treatment has ended, the carbon dioxide applied to the skin is completely replaced with oxygen. The client can go back to their usual activities after treatment and no recovery is required.

How many carboxytherapy treatments are required?
Depending on the desired results it usually takes between 4 to 8 treatments of non-invasive carboxytherapy and the treatments can be conducted once every 7 to 14 days. Carboxytherapy treatment effect is cumulative – every following treatment increases the result of the one before.

When is carboxytherapy recommended?
This treatment is recommended for elastin stimulation and therefore for tissue tightening and lightening and reduction of dark bags under the eyes. In the course of carboxytherapy treatment, along with the improvement in circulation, the presence of oxygen gives an elastin stimulation, tightening and reduction of dark bags under the eyes.
